Refund policy
At Part of the Ninety Nine, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:
Eligibility
- Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Final Sale items (clearance, and limited drops) are non-returnable.
Exchanges
- We gladly offer exchanges for a different size or color (while supplies last).
- Customer is responsible for return shipping; we’ll cover shipping on the replacement item.
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged products.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the item is inspected.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@partoftheninetynine.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- We’ll send instructions and a return shipping address.
- Once received and approved, we’ll process your exchange/refund.
