Refund policy

At Part of the Ninety Nine, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:

 

 Eligibility

  • Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Final Sale items (clearance, and limited drops) are non-returnable.

Exchanges

  • We gladly offer exchanges for a different size or color (while supplies last).
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping; we’ll cover shipping on the replacement item.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged products.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the item is inspected.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Final Sale items
  • Gift cards

 

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@partoftheninetynine.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. We’ll send instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Once received and approved, we’ll process your exchange/refund.
